Founder & President - Jaynanne has grown the people functions within organizations for over 25 years. Experiences include serving as Panera’s Chief People Officer as well as a business consultant with Towers Watson. She created Calaway Habeck Talent Consulting to help organizations drive value by applying her vast business experiences, knowledge,

and collaborative style.

Director- David is an inspirational and collaborative leader with a strong record of results as an HR Business Partner. David specializes in strategic human resources business partnerships, organizational planning/development, developing

corporate communications, and ensuring outstanding project management.

Consultant- Zack brings a wide array of experience and leadership to the team. With his insurance, finance, and non-profit leadership background, he knows how to connect with business owners and team members. Zack specializes in leadership coaching/training, recruiting, and business development.

Sr Consultant- Stefanie is a strategic & hands-on HR leader with corporate and consulting experiences across several HR disciplines, including executive and employee compensation, org design, employee engagement, talent acquisition, job architecture, project management, and compliance. Her deep technical knowledge and broad business perspective span a multitude of industries.

Creative Specialist- Hillary brings creativity and innovation to our team, turning ideas into impactful and engaging visuals. Her background in non-profit leadership, real estate, and teaching enables her to

connect effectively with a diverse range of business owners and professionals.
